A good instrument takes time to build and experience. For more then 14 years I’m practicing the art of tuning steel. Godan is not a mass produced instrument.
Every Godan is shaped and tuned by me. This is why we almost never have instruments in stock.
I really love the art of building instruments and I love to take time for this.
This also means taking time to discuss your future instrument, because there are many possibilities in: Design, tonal sequences, membrane behavior, sustain, percussive sounds. This seems endless…..
All instruments come with a 5-year warranty. Minor accidents that may cause the instrument to go out of tune can happen. Tuning adjustments are usually quick to resolve and are included in our service at no extra cost. However, if there is significant damage, for instance, from a fall, we cannot cover the repair free of charge.
